Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development- Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership- Develop & lead and a team of Digital Marketing Executives to achieve performance targets.
Lead Generation- Oversee database mining activities to identify and target potential markets- Plan and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Campaign Management- Coordinate and execute LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, Landing pages, campaigns etc to increase brand visibility and lead generationSocial Media Management- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Lead Qualification- Implement lead qualification processes to ensure the quality of leads generated.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals.
Agency Collaboration- Work closely with external marketing agencies to coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns.- Provide guidance and direction to agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
