    Position Title:
    Marketing Manager (Mid to Senior Level)

    Location:
    Mumbai

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the Transformers manufacturing industry with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
    • The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to promote Distribution & Power transformers, GIS products, EPC projects, etc., driving business growth.
    • This role demands a combination of technical expertise in electrical engineering and marketing acumen to effectively convey the value of our products to customers and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute marketing and communication activities as per the marketing plan.
    • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Inform clients and prospects about products and services using creative marketing strategies.
    • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
    • Achieve sales targets for the western region according to business requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical) or related field. An MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of proven marketing experience in the electrical or power industry, preferably focusing on transformers.
    • Solid technical background in electrical engineering with a deep understanding of transformer principles, applications, and specifications.
    • Good knowledge of basic contract terms.
    • Excellent communication skills.
