    About the Role

  • In this opportunity as Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will:
  • Vision Setting Define a clear vision for the new capability, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives. Communicate this vision effectively to your team and other stakeholders
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of consultants and engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services related to cloud technologies and Shared Capabilities Allocates resources and prioritizes tasks in alignment with Delivery. Develop departmental plans and determine long term priorities for the team. Responsible for ensuring own staff and contractors have adequate skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for integrating Camunda into their workflows. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design orchestrations.
  • Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions for our clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Kubernetes Proficiency: Strong understanding of container orchestration platforms, with a particular focus on Kubernetes. Manage containerized applications and optimize Kubernetes environments for performance and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational requirements, standards and best practices are factored into plans. Contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards. Ensure Technical Policies are known by the team and applied consistently.

    You're a fit for the role of Senior Cloud Software Engineer if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Candidate should have 12+ Years of Experience with at at least 4 years in managing large development team.
  • Hands on experience in .Net / Java.
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in at least one public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/OCI).
  • Develop the architecture and design of the capability to ensure scalability, flexibility, and ease of integration across different business segments. Consider factors such as interoperability, data standards, and security requirements.
  • Research and evaluate technologies that will best suit the needs of the capability and enable seamless integration with existing systems. This may involve assessing different frameworks, platforms, and tools
  • Work in a highly collaborative, dynamic agile team environment.
  • Communicate project status, roadblocks and accomplishments with team leaders.
  • Proactive in raising problems, identifying solutions and giving/receiving feedback.
  • Effective time management, ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
