- Achieve monthly revenue targets and track sales statistics/forecasts for periodic reviews.
- Enhance Worldline Wallet Share in the assigned accounts and cross-sell/up-sell other products to clients in the portfolio.
- Hunt for new logo and onboard new merchants as well as look out for new partners for strategic alliances.
- Share knowledge on new products and enhancements to customers and participate in continued education to learn about new account management techniques.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for customers in the portfolio and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce, MBA/PGDBM preferred.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Key Account management/ handling government accounts in banks/payment services companies.
- Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and teams.
- Sales and Marketing skills for product strategies, pricing, and market share expansion.
- Business Development skills to segment the target market, gather intelligence, and identify opportunities.
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills for applying financial principles to business thinking.
