    Experience: 5 years to 15years


    Role and Responsibilities:
    on acquisition of new customers across India for Contractual Staffing –
    prospective customers on the merits of Quess wide range of services, skills and expertise
    account presence with senior client personnel.
    proposals and presentations & Negotiate Deals
    with key stakeholders in arriving domain based solutions & offerings
    the deal is signed, work closely with the delivery manager to ensure client satisfaction
    sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
    communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
    Client Connect & Relationships.
    Gathering for prospective Clients – building database
    in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
    for exploring and developing new businesses
    Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 500 companies.
    market risk like growing competition
    responsibility and P&L Accountability for the business
    to be instrumental in dealing with the clients and streamlining collection process
    Sales Targets in terms of Clients acquired and MSA signed
