KeyResponsibilities: Prospectingand Lead Generation:
Identify and researchpotential franchisees through various channels including industryevents online platforms and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet salestargets.
Franchise Sales Process:
Conductinitial consultations with prospective franchisees to understandtheir goals qualifications and financialcapabilities. Educate potential franchiseesabout our business model support services and franchiserequirements. Guide prospective franchiseesthrough the application and approval process ensuring compliancewith company standards and
legalrequirements. Negotiate terms andconditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal andsenior management.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing franchisees toencourage loyalty engagement and ongoing businessgrowth. Provide ongoing support andassistance to franchisees addressing their concerns andfacilitating communication between franchisees and the corporateoffice. Collaborate with other departmentsincluding operations marketing and training to ensure seamlesssupport for franchisees.
MarketAnalysis and Strategy:
Monitor markettrends competitor activities and industry developments to identifyopportunities for growth and innovation.
Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract newfranchisees and maximize sales potential in targetmarkets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyzesales data including lead generation conversion rates and revenueprojections. Prepare regular reports andpresentations for senior management highlighting sales performancemarket trends and opportunities forimprovement.
Qualifications: Bachelorsdegree must. Proven experience in franchisesales or business development preferably within theindustry/sector. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust withdiverse stakeholders. Resultsoriented mindset with a track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identifyopportunities for improvement. Ability totravel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attendindustry events.
