    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy:

    • Develop a comprehensive and forwardlooking strategy for the Payments track within the Commerce Platform.
    • Craft longterm vision and quarterly roadmaps to align with overarching business goals and enhance the overall product offering.

    Conceptualize New Solutions:

    • Lead the product conceptualization process with a problemfirst, datadriven, and testanditerate approach.
    • Ensure that conceptualization aligns with the platform's longterm view and prioritizes product initiatives based on value.

    Build Products:

    • Produce highquality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each launch.
    • Manage a crossfunctional process for prioritizing and building products, balancing innovation and scalability.

    Launch Products:

    • Draft and execute a gotomarket plan in collaboration with Product Marketing.
    • Serve as the internal and external authority and advocate for the Payments track, ensuring successful product
    • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer support, and legal, to ensure alignment on the product roadmap and 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with specialized expertise in payments and risk management.
    • Track record of collaborating with crossfunctional groups in a large enterprise setting.
    • Experience in running A/B tests and making informed, datadriven decisions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to upper management.
    • Capacity to balance multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's in business administration or technical discipline is a plus.
