    JobdescriptionEnsure the smooth functioning ofLegal Department with respect tononLitigationand Litigationmatters.

    Handling all legal matters relatingto real estate deeds land acquisitionpapersstatutory & Regulatorycompliance clearances NOCs and papers related tolongterm leasing renting sale purchase etc.oversee all the litigation FCO &OtherGovernmentorders.

    Liaison with concerned Governmentdepartments to ensure that all possiblelegalrisks have been identified appropriatecourses of action have been takenEXIMProcess &Compilation. Drafting contract with Landowners/flat buyers / bankers/ vendors /consultants/service providersetc. Drafting and vetting of legal noticesand reply to the notices.

    Drafting Agreementfor Sale Assignment Deed Conveyance Deed PowerofAttorney Development AgreementSupplementary Agreement MOU Will GiftDeedLeave and License Agreement Rectification Deed Lease SUB LeaseAMCDeed Escrow Agreements Service AgreementSecurity Agreement MortgageDeed &drafting of all types of contracts Affidavits Declarationsindemnity.

    Well versed with provisions ofCPC DCPR Rules Transfer of PropertyLawContract Law Municipal Corporation ActLand Acquisition Proceeding ReferencesandWrit Petition thereon MRTP Act Maharashtra Land Revenue CodeRoyaltyRevenueProceeding.


    Handle matters relating to:
    Litigation/ Contracts/ Due diligence relatingtotitles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting /Arbitration. Handle mergers and acquisitionstender bidding and contract acquisitions.
    Knowledge of patent trademark and regulatory documentation /FEMA. Appearing before judicial authorities/Courts if required Administering all legalmatters involving project developmentandimplementation tillcompletion.


    Vetting of Project ProposalsPreparing:

    Draft Agreements MOUs Sale/Conveyance Deed General Power of AttorneyJoint Ventures Agreements & allotherrelated documentsDesiredProfile
    CS andLLB qualified candidate preferably westernSuburb Good Experience in
    Manufacturing Industry Especially from Fertilizer orChemical
    Industries.
