    Description

    ITC Worldwide is looking for a talented business manager to join our team and help create a culture of top-notch client, customer, and employee satisfaction. We need someone who excels at overseeing day-to-day operations, such as production, human resources, and accounting, and is a driven leader dedicated to fostering an inclusive, trustworthy, and productive environment. The business manager will play a crucial role in maintaining successful business practices and driving growth.

    Job locations: India | Pune | ITC Office

    Key Objectives

    • Develop and supervise processes to boost productivity and drive growth
    • Create daily operational strategies to meet organizational goals
    • Coordinate employee activities and allocate necessary resources
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Define cost structures and oversee company's P&L
    • Prepare and execute strategies for sales forecasting and achievement
    • Collaborate with department leaders to identify KPIs and generate reports
    • Gain insights into business operations and departments
    • Manage reports and dashboards using reporting tools
    • Conduct analyses to support internal decision-making

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and enhance employee productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Analyze sales, distribution, and partner data for management teams
    • Work with assistant managers on long-term strategies
    • Create and update sales forecasts quarterly
    • Contribute to competitor analysis and pricing strategies
    • Support customer-related activities like sales, marketing, and PR
    • Adhere to SLAs

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Three or more years in a business management or similar role
    • Expertise in developing business strategies
    • Proficiency in financial and budgetary processes
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
    • Current knowledge of industry trends

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Master's degree in business, management, or related field
    • Proficiency in database and information systems software
    • Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI
    • IT Technical Recruitment (Attraction, Retention)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, SaaS products, and Dynamics 365
    • Familiarity with SAP/NetSuite (a plus)
