    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized branding solutions. The role will involve regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in advertising or branding agency
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
    • Experience in brand consultancy or related fields
    • Proficiency in market research, analysis and writing marketing strategy
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the creative industry or design-related fields is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales targets quarterly
    • Identify & develop new business opportunities for the agency
    • Develop & create marketing strategy for clients
    • Liase with internal teams to deliver the work for the client.
