    Overview

    The SalesManager plays a crucial role in driving the organization s salesefforts and achieving revenue targets. This position is responsiblefor leading a sales team developing strategic sales plans andbuilding strong relationships with clients to drive businessgrowth.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Developing andimplementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andtargets.
    • Leading coaching and motivating thesales team to meet and exceed salestargets.
    • Identifying and developing newbusiness opportunities and expanding the customerbase.
    • Establishing and maintaining strongrelationships with key clients andpartners.
    • Monitoring market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify opportunities forgrowth.
    • Setting sales targets and KPIs for theteam and monitoring performance.
    • Collaboratingwith the marketing department to develop and implement promotionalactivities.
    • Presenting sales revenue andexpenses reports and realistic forecasts to the managementteam.
    • Managing and allocating resourceseffectively to achieve salesgoals.
    • Participating in the recruitmenttraining and performance evaluation of the salesteam.

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in sales management orrelated role.
    • Demonstrated success in meetingand exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadershipcoaching and team management skills.
    • Excellentcommunication and negotiationabilities.
    • Strategic thinking and planningskills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data anddevelop insights.
    • Proven ability to build andmaintain strong clientrelationships.
    • Experience in developing andimplementing sales strategies.
    • Proficiency inCRM software and MSOffice.
