    Description

    PositionPurpose

    To manage Due Diligence activitiesin line with Client Engagement Protection for Bank and Branches.Ensuring high efficient and effective qualitative turnaround toenhance client satisfaction with due compliance safeguardingshareholder interest.

    Responsibilities

    • TeamManagement
    • Manage and steerteams with effectivecontrol.
    • Ensure delivery withquality to all internal and externalclients.
    • Enhance turnaroundwith standard improvisation with effectiveliaising.
    • Effectivecoordination & control over outsourceactivities.
    • Effective control onreports & KPImanagement
    • Ensure adherence toGroup & Regulatory guidelines with systematic resourcesallocation enhancing servicelevels.
    • Coordination withbusinesses branches compliance and otherteams

    DueDiligence

    • Adherenceto Group & Regulatory guidelines on client accounts KYC normsregulatory checks & AML controls SOP and outsourcedactivities.

    Clientonboarding

    • Manage theendtoend onboarding and recertification process as commonmanager.
    • Handle standardworkflow for recertification files with stakeholders until finalsignoff.
    • Safe keep clientsdocuments
    • Supervision over datainput and control dataquality
    • Commitment ononboarding turnaround time by clientpriority
    • Due supervision &coordination of outsourced activities including clientcommunication.
    • Liaise with otherlocations whererequired.
    • Discrepancymanagement business and client coordination timelyresolution
    • Organizing Countyclient support committee(CCS)

    Clientaccountmaintenance

    • Verifyaccuracy & timeliness of amendments modifications & closurewith standard workflow as well as clientcommunication.
    • Monitoring &implementation: Dormant Accounts Atlas2/CERISE reconciliation ExitAccounts Screening Alerts Quality Control KYC Conditions FENERGO& Passport/Reliance implementation for 2S inIndia
    • Audit and qualitymanagement coordinate with internal & external auditors duringassignments and ensure timely closure ofaudits.

    KYCrecertification

    • MonitoringKYC sensitivity documentation due status control & advanceintimations activity check communication & coordination withall stakeholders workflow management discrepancy management timelyescalations periodicreporting
    • Representation inclient acceptance committee & compliancecommittee
    • Ensure timeliness viaproactive losing with Clients & Branch CSOs on documentationand recertificationcompletion.

    Skills

    Understanding of banking regulations iscritical.

    Good understanding of banking process & practiceregulatory framework. with in depth knowledge of RBI & SEBIregulations KYC norms FATCAetc.

    Knowledge on Client onboarding related to custody &Corporate clients ismandatory

    Knowledge on presentation /excel ismandatory

    Knowledge on SEBI regulation withrespect client onboarding & KYCrecertification
