JOB OVERVIEW: -
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle
environment.
As an Inbound Sales Associate in our team, youll be taking inbound calls from interested customers. NO
COLD CALLING
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1) In this role, youll build relationships with our customers and offer the best solutions to meet their
needs. Often one of the first points of contact for our customers, our inbound sales
representatives are very important to our success.
2) Youll provide an exceptional customer service experience by understanding customer needs,
and ensuring they receive the best service and coverage to meet those needs. Youll also have
the support of a collaborative team, which includes continued coaching and development.
3) Perform follow up for all inbound calls.
4) Schedule customer appointments according to procedures and document all customer
transactions and prepare required documentation.
5) Achieve sales standards set for the department.
REQUIREMENTS:-
1) Proven sales experience.
2) Strong phone presence and experience of voice process preferably sales.
3) Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
4) Strong listening and convincing skills.
5) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
