    Pillcraft is a revolutionary medical company based in Mumbai, specializing in the treatment of cancer and pain conditions. Our proprietary cannabis-based medicines are designed to manage pain and making chronic conditions easier for both patients and doctors to manage.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing business development strategies, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and driving sales through various channels. Additionally, you will be involved in project management to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience in Business Development and implementing growth strategies
    • Sales Skills, including lead generation and conversion
    • Project Management Skills to effectively manage growth initiatives
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Economics
    • Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
