    Total Exp: 5 Experience withInternational B2B domain Qualification:
    Any graduate/postgraduatedegree (Commerce first preference; Science second preference) withadequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting fieldwith a flair for engaging clients in various services offeredwithin Accounting & Finance areas


    Job Summary:
    We are looking foran ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help usexpand our clienteles in Australia. You will be the front of thecompany and will have the dedication to create and apply aneffective sales strategy.


    About the role:
    Develop a growth strategyfocused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
    Providetrustworthy feedback and aftersales support
    Buildlongterm relationships with new and existing customers
    Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
    Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the marketand ensure profitability.
    Establish & extend thecompanys market leadership through effective contributionstowards
    Business Development Sales & Key AccountManagement.
    Actively explore define evaluate seekopportunities and turn them into profitable business


    Desired Profile:

    Thecandidate should have experience in lead generation into theInternational B2B market with self motivated gogetter ability towork with utmost efficiency.

    He should be an excellent communicatoropen to explore the market identify the potential clients andqualify clients to build up a pipeline.

    He/she should establish andmaintain strong relationships with key decision makers ofclients.
