What we expect from you:-
1. Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
2. Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
3. Understanding of the business issues impacting large enterprise organizations with ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge.
4. Experience of managing large complex account relationships.
5. Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region
6. Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level.
7. Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.
8. Able to know when to seek guidance.
9. Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools.
10. Strong customer references
11. Availability to travel
Education level:
1. Bachelors Degree and at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales Experience.
2. Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology.
3. Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature.
4. Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers)
5. Strong customer references
6. Travel as needed (25%-40%)
7. Sales DNA - hunting mentality, tenacity
8. Brains, intensity, charm Certifications (preferable but not mandatory):
