As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing them with product or service information. Your goal will be to engage customers, generate leads, and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company. Strong communication skills and fluency in basic English are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products or services

    Provide information about products, services, and promotional offers

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

    Follow-up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

    Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversion

    Collaborate with team members and share customer feedback to improve processes

    Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company

    Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

    Requirements:

    12th Standard / PUC education qualification

    Experience in telecalling or customer care role is preferred (0-5 years)

    Excellent communication skills in basic English

    Strong persuasion and convincing skills

    Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

    Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow
