Profile Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with investors, bringing new investors onboard, and spearheading acquisition initiatives to support our growth strategy.
Experience: 3+ yearsLocation: India (Remote)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain investors, leveraging experience in hedge funds or financial institutions, along with insights into the web3 and crypto domain.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.Cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the fintech, trading systems.
Collaborate closely with our team of algorithm traders, growth hackers, and business developers to develop comprehensive growth solutions for our clients.
Identify and engage potential investors through networking, outreach, and targeted marketing efforts, utilizing knowledge of the investment community and understanding of the web3 and crypto landscape.
Lead acquisition efforts to expand our investor base and drive business growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling investment propositions and presentations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the financial and crypto sectors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
Required skills:
Previous experience in hedge funds or financial institutions.
Exposure to the web3 and crypto domain.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market behavior analysis, algorithm design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of success in business development, investment management, or related roles.
Strong network of contacts within the investment community.
