Job Summary:
The eSIM Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of eSIM technology in various markets.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and working closely with product and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive eSIM adoption.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with MNOs (Mobile Network Operators), MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators), OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Travel Industry, Hospitality Industry and other key stakeholders.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales and business growth through new customer acquisition and expanding existing customer base.
Develop and present business proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
Product Development Collaboration:
Work closely with the product management team to provide market feedback and influence product development.
Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with market demands and customer requirements.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote eSIM solutions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, forecasts, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of eSIM technology and its applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
