- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM & what's app marketing
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with an external agency, and other stakeholders to maintain Brand(s) digital presence
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain a calendar to deliver targeted content Job Responsibilities
- Digital Touchpoints ownership:Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.Create world-class consumer experience for the brand across all digital touchpoints - website, social media, whatsapp, apps, OTT etc.Actively manage SEM/ SEO scores and make interventions where required.Conceptualize and own any new digital touchpoints that fit into brand plans.
- Advocacy & Influencers:Develop and execute an annual influencer strategy for the brand in line with marketing priorities.Closely monitor all advocacy plans including choice (selection criteria) of content creators, formats, performance, intensity etc.Community building and management – Create, nurture and grow the community of brand advocates on social media.
- Performance Measurement:Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaignsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, including ROIs and KPIsDevelop and monitor campaign budgets
- Organizational Alignment:Stay up to date on the latest digital/ social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.Develop digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goalsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Digital transformation:Work closely with field teams and channel partners to drive brand digitalization at scale.Be the voice of change – educate, coach and mentor field teams and sales partners to embrace digital marketing.
- Skills and qualificationsSocial media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trendsStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, current digital trends and best practicesAbility to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trendsStrong project management and managerial skills
- Preferred qualifications
- ~5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preffered
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Understanding of Meta Campaign Management Platform
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
- FMCG experience is preferred
- In-depth understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.)
- Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement
- Key Relationships
- Internal Interactions: Marketing, E-commerce, Controlling etc.
- External interaction with media, digital and influencer agencies and other technology partners & vendors.
- Reporting into the National Marketing Manager, Branded Oils Division
