    Description


    We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly within high-growth startups.

    You possess a strong understanding of the paid advertising landscape and a proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

    What You'll Do?

    • Plan, develop, optimize, implement and analyse paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) aligned
    • Execute performance marketing strategies across various channels such as SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
    • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI) and achieve our business growth goals
    • Conduct indepth campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
    • Liaise with external agencies to manage paid advertising efforts and ensure campaign goals are met.
    • Report on campaign performance metrics and provide datadriven insights to stakeholders
    • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for targeted audiences.

    You've Got the Skills:

    • 35 years of experience in paid advertising campaign management, preferably within a highgrowth startup environment.
    • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through multichannel paid media campaigns Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
    • Experience working with various paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools like (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau).
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and platform representatives to ensure we are getting the best service and insights.
