    RoleandResponsibilities:
    Weare looking for Customer Success Professionals to play a criticalrole in building relationships with significant clients. As aStrategic Account Manager you will represent our company andinteract with major clients. Your responsibilities willinclude:
    • Managing and growing thecustomers lifetime revenue potential by creating a shared visionand roadmap for success
    • Providing customerswith success blueprints service plans and businessroadmaps
    • Defining and optimizing the customerlifecycle mapping the customerjourney
    • Communicating with major clients on aregular basis and responding to specificqueries
    • Driving adoption and usage of productsand features across multiple business units teams andmarkets
    • Developing and implementing efficientand effective management plans forclients

    CandidateQualifications:
    Werequire the following qualifications fromcandidates:
    • Proven work experienceas a Strategic Account Manager or Key AccountManager
    • 4 years of solid Customer SuccessManagement experience in a B2Benvironment
    • Excellent communicationskills
    • Should have an education background froma Tier1 college.
    • Experience building accountplans for growth and creating shared vision withcustomers
    • Handson experience with CRM softwareand Account Management systems
    • Strongnegotiation skills with a problemsolvingattitude
    • Flexible startup mindset with provensuccess in fastpaced workenvironments
