    Description

    Pramac, is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with different teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Digital, Social Media, Email, and Print. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.


    Skills Required:
    • Strategic thinking to optimize advertising campaigns for maximum returns
    • Effective time management for task delegation and handling time-sensitive assignments
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging content creation
    • Interpersonal skills for team collaboration and impactful content production

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Brainstorming innovative campaign ideas
    • Exploring new digital channels and tools
    • Researching and implementing latest marketing trends
    • Measuring campaign performance and ROI using web analytics
    • Optimizing user experience on the company's website
    • Tracking consumer behavior and lead conversion
    • Creating brand-aligned content and managing marketing campaigns
    • Planning and coordinating marketing events
    • Managing event logistics and promotional materials

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
    • Knowledge of marketing concepts, market research, and customer behavior
    • Social media expertise and trend awareness
    • Creativity, innovation, and strong interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in various social media platforms and metrics analysis
    • Strong project management abilities

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Digital Marketing tools and platforms
    • Proficiency in graphic design software
    • Familiarity with CRM and content management systems

    Experience:
    • 7-8 years of executing digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience in industries like White Goods, Industrial Equipment, Automobiles
