    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with expertise in Mailchimp, Google Ads, Social Media management and Ads, SEO, and SEM.

    This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.


    An individual who is personally interested and invested in ensuring relevance and respect for handmade Indian textiles both in India and around the world.


    Reviving the concept of 'luxury':

    back to quality of product, trust and transparency in the manufacturing process, service mindset, cultural authenticity and a certain depth of experience & feeling within a community.

    As Marketing Manager, you will support the overall brand marketing strategy to drive sales & awareness for:*Global E-Commerce Business*Retail Business: Kolkata store & travelling retail exhibitions*b2b Business

    Cross Functional ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

    Work closely with internal (retail and export teams) and external partners to enhance Weavers Studio brand image and drive new customer acquisition.

    Execute brand expansion plans via innovative marketing and acquisition strategies to both local and international markets.

    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on community building.

    Strong proficiency in Mailchimp, Google Ads, Social media Ads, SEO, and SEM.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

    Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
    Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment, remaining flexible when changes in business are required.
    Passion for the textile industry and a desire to drive growth and innovation through digital marketing initiatives.
