- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and Canada , and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
- Well versed with US Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team..
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
- Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/ Account Management functions.
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrator by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns,and objectives.
- Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level consulting to them, so they can see the value in collaborating with us.
- Should have complete knowledge of MSP/VMS business model
- Closely track competition and market developments and define tactics, Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Required Experience:
- Minimum of + years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier- Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
- Expert level technical recruitment skills. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude. Power user MS Office and related products.
- Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level.
