    Description

    We are looking to bring on a Senior Business Development Manager, which is managing a big book of business already. This individual's sole responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business expansion as well as managing, leading and working effectively with the delivery team

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and Canada , and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Well versed with US Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
  • Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team..
  • Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
  • Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/ Account Management functions.
  • Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrator by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns,and objectives.
  • Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level consulting to them, so they can see the value in collaborating with us.
  • Should have complete knowledge of MSP/VMS business model
  • Closely track competition and market developments and define tactics, Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
    • Required Experience:
  • Minimum of + years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier- Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
  • Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
  • Expert level technical recruitment skills. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude. Power user MS Office and related products.
  • Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level.
