    One of our leading IT MNC is looking for IT Delivery Manager / Associate Director with any Development and Property and Casualty insurance background.


    Designation :
    IT Delivery Manager / Associate Director

    Experience : 14+ Years


    Location :
    Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

    Skills :

    Someone should be development background earlier now managing Delivery and Project Management and should have strong experience in Property and Casualty insurance domain.

    Notice Period : 2 Months or less


    Job Responsibilities/KRAs :

    • Acts as a strategic partner to assigned clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their market and business sectors and their specific challenges and opportunities. Provides thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions with client needs.
    • Applies continuous improvement to existing processes.
    • Maintains existing business relationships with assigned clients by staying closely connected to internal project teams, monitoring the progress of ongoing client projects, and helping to address and resolve any issues or problems.
    • Leads the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.
    • Seeks to increase revenue by translating assigned client's challenges into opportunities to sell additional products and services across the company portfolio and drive revenue growth.

    Must-Have :

    • Minimum 14 years of experience in leading technical teams
    • Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation / QA/ COTS / Data projects
    3. 5+ years in a leadership role


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
    • Good Knowledge of the Insurance Domain and a Solid understanding of insurance applications and processes
    • Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
    • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
    • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
    • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
    • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
    • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
