Job Description
Development of customer acquisition and retention across all aspects of online
Identifying & delivering opportunities for revenue growth through all digital channels
Experience of managing third-party agencies / tele-calling units to deliver results
Manage and report results for all marketing initiatives for planned traffic, engagement, budget, and revenue goals
Understand the client's needs and translate said needs into actionable requirements
Work closely with the marketing team to identify content to be promoted, make recommendations on new content creation
Will be working very closely with the marketing team for the development of various landing pages & various CRM/LMS-based integration
Perform in-depth analysis of various campaigns run and provide recommendations on ways to improve the upcoming campaigns and achieve desired numbers
Maintaining the upper funnel & lower funnel data at a campaign level for each channel
Recommend upgrades or changes in operational processes, policies, and procedures as needed to meet new business models/requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex business requirements in a variety of formats
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge about Mutual funds and digital acquisition/revenue management is a must
