    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Trichology Sales Specialist to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Trichology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative hair care products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hair care or beauty industry
    • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of hair care products and services
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell our range of hair care products and services to clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
    • Conduct consultations with clients, assessing their hair care needs and recommending suitable products and services
    • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional strategies, and campaigns
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management
