    Hiring for International Voice Collections Process

    The International Voice Collections Process Executive/Representative is responsible for contacting customers globally to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans. They must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, resolve payment issues, and maintain positive relationships while ensuring timely collections. The role requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments across international markets.
    2. Negotiate repayment terms and arrangements to facilitate the settlement of outstanding balances.
    3. Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints related to billing and payments professionally and efficiently.
    4. Update customer accounts accurately with payment details, arrangements, and communication records.
    5. Follow up with customers on payment commitments and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels.
    6. Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, customer service, and legal to resolve complex cases.
    7. Adhere to compliance regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the collections process.
    8. Provide regular reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and trends to management.
    9. Continuously improve collection strategies, processes, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    10. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive customer information and financial data.
