We are in search of a highly technical and motivated Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our team.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within the AV, automation, and BMS sectors.
      • Conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
    • Technical Outreach:
      • Engage with prospects to understand their technical needs and challenges.
      • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
    • Initial Consultations:
      • Conduct technical consultations to gather requirements and identify opportunities for products and services.
      • Utilize expertise in AV integration, home automation systems, and BMS solutions to communicate effectively.
    • CRM Management:
      • Maintain and update CRM with information on prospects, leads, and sales activities.
      • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates.
    • Market and Industry Analysis:
      • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
      • Provide insights to refine strategies and approaches.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop targeted campaigns.
      • Support sales team with technical knowledge during the sales process.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales development role.
    Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads in a technical field.

    Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong technical acumen and proficiency in CRM software.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
