    Description
    Roles &Responsibilities:We arelooking for a skilled Team Leader Voice Operations who can lead andmanage our Inside Sales teams to help bring increased productionperformance. The Team Leader will routinely participate in thehiring or selection of candidates for production audit calls of thetelesales production team(s) and provide timely feedback as neededconduct sales coaching sessions onetoone or in group to helpincrease performance provide frequent process updates motivate teammembers from time to time and thereby help achieve the desired callcenter production objectives.He/She shouldhave great communication skills so as to be able to effectivelycommunicate with the production team and also great interpersonaland customer service skills along with some experience ofimplementing best practices and a good understanding of coachingemployees with empathy leading to increased performance.
    Deliverables:
    • DriveSales via inbound and outbound channels
    • Keepconstant check on sales metrics for each team member and for thewhole team hourly daily weekly and monthly and ensure that allsales targets are met consistently
    • Keep aconstant check on Dialer or other assigned platforms to help keepinbound call abandons to a minimum acceptable level and to helpincrease call answering efficiency
    • Publishdaily and weekly reports to keep Production team updated of teamperformance
    • Responsible for some level ofparticipation in the hiring and selection of candidates needed forthe production floor from time totime
    • Responsible for auditing calls along withmaking detailed notes of observations for feedback as and whenneeded
    • Conduct and Document feedback andcoaching sessions with proper signoffs and recordsmanagement
    • Share frequent updates with teammembers with regard to their individual sales performanceincentives performance gaps etc.
    • Develop andmotivate team members to ensure optimum performance levels at alltimes
    • Manage team Shrinkage & Attritionand help keep attrition within the team to aminimum
    • Ensure that all company policies areobserved and duly followed by the assigned team members
    AcademicRequirement:
    • HSC orBachelor s or Master s in any stream (except Engineering MedicalScience)
    • Call Center related certifications area plus
    • Production or Operations relatedcertifications are a plus
    ExperienceRequirement:
    • Provenwork experience as Team Leader in an International Call CenterSales/Collections Inbound or Outbound voice operations for aminimum of 1Year
    • Work experience leading Salesteam(s) in a US voice process setting(Mandatory)

    SkillRequirement:
    • Knowledgeof MS Office suite with proficiency in MS Excelpreferred
    • Good interpersonal customer serviceverbal and written communicationskills
    • Positive and patient approach to workwith problems/issues
    • Ability to multitask andremain calm under pressure especially during peakhours
    • Strong coaching and team managementskills ability to motivate team members
    • Abilityto exhibit a very polite courteous and professional approach at alltimes
