    Description

    Appraising proposals for Retail Assets Loans, conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per bank's credit policies.

    1-Ensuring that all credit processes are followed and policy norms are implemented in underwriting and approval of loans in the assigned Zone.

    2-Personal discussion with high ticket customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, future plans etc.

    3-Keeping track of industry level / competition level trends and initiating corrective actions if any required in credit appraisal policy / procedures.

    4-Ensuring timely processing / decision (wherever applicable) of cases for all assigned locations/Region / Zone.

    5-Maintaining close coordination with Risk Containment Unit on Fraud detection / investigation and on portfolio trends.

    6-Monitoring the portfolio on all "Performance Monitoring Triggers" and initiating corrective action, wherever required.

    7-Ensuring timely review / renewal of all accounts in portfolio

    8-Contribute towards continuous improvement of control processes by identifying and highlighting the gaps/risk.

    9-Ensuring compliance of all bank policies / norms / guidelines and targeting "satisfactory" audit rating.
