Job Description:
1) Online Market Research:
The candidates must be adept at the usage of all major Search Engines and Social Media platforms, like 'Google' & 'LinkedIn' for prospecting and lead generation purpose. They should be able to acquire all pertinent details about the companies using contemporary data-mining techniques.
2) Written Communication:
The candidates must be able to compose emails in grammatically correct and professional English. Their expertise should extend to creative writing, as well, to be able to respond to queries spontaneously. A simple and fluid style of composition shall be preferred.
3) Verbal Communication:
The candidates should be able to speak fluently in English. Basic awareness of Telephone Etiquettes is required. The ability to speak fluently, with a loud and clear voice, and pronounce words and syllables distinctly, will be an added advantage.
4) Additional requirements:
Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience in usage of contemporary C.R.M. software's.
5) Desired Profile for Candidates:
Education: The candidates should, preferably, have scored above 70% marks in the Secondary Level and the Higher Secondary Levels, and First Division marks in the Graduation Level. Engineering & Management degrees may be an added advantage.
Professional Experience: The candidates should have worked in the international sales sector for at least 1+ years for executive and 3+ years in sr. executive. Experience in the international construction industry in Middle East or globally shall be an added advantage. Work experience in reputed companies shall be preferred.
