    Job Description:

    As an IT Support Engineer (L2), you will play a crucial role in assisting our client's global internal team with IT challenges, both remotely and in person. Your responsibilities include day-to-day management of ICT support helpdesk tickets to ensure prompt resolution and minimize disruptions.

    Tech Trailblazer Duties:

    • Support global internal team with IT challenges
    • Manage ICT helpdesk tickets daily
    • Handle ICT onboarding and offboarding
    • Order and maintain hardware
    • Troubleshoot hardware issues
    • Collaborate with IT team on projects

    Core Responsibilities: ICT Support and Helpdesk

    • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
    • Coordinate with international teams and ICT providers
    • Respond to software and hardware issues

    Onboarding:

    • Set up systems and hardware
    • Provide IT induction for new starters

    Offboarding:

    • Arrange hardware return
    • Follow system offboarding processes

    Hardware and Maintenance:

    • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware
    • Order and maintain hardware
    • Collaborate with the team

    Ideal Candidate: A candidate with a flexible, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

    Relationships

    Internal:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with team members

    External:

    • Build relationships with clients and suppliers

    Requirements:

    • Previous Microsoft 365 administration experience
    • Experience with cloud-based services
    • Good understanding of networks and protocols
    • Experience troubleshooting hardware
    • Apple and iOS experience (advantageous)
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
    • Microsoft 365 administration skills
    • Understanding of threat landscape
    • Managing helpdesk queues
    • Experience in issue escalation
