- Coordinate with international teams and ICT providers
- Respond to software and hardware issues
- Set up systems and hardware
- Provide IT induction for new starters
- Arrange hardware return
- Follow system offboarding processes
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware
- Order and maintain hardware
- Collaborate with the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members
- Build relationships with clients and suppliers
- Previous Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with cloud-based services
- Good understanding of networks and protocols
- Experience troubleshooting hardware
- Apple and iOS experience (advantageous)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft 365 administration skills
- Understanding of threat landscape
- Managing helpdesk queues
- Experience in issue escalation
