    Role: IT Support Engineer


    This job is open for multiple locations across India.


    Job Description:


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, and server management.
    • Manage LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
    • Conduct network assessment, IT Audits, and VAPT.
    • Ensure system efficiency and fulfill hardware, software, and networking requirements of staff members.
    • Perform computer assembling, fitting, repair, and troubleshooting.
    • Execute hardware upgrades, RAM upgrades, and hard disk upgrades.
    • Install Windows 10 and other software as needed.
    • Manage hardware inventory and arrangement.
    • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of computers.
    • Conduct monthly cleanup of Windows operating systems on all laptops/computers.
    • Troubleshoot user-reported problems and make recommendations for upgrades.
    • Ensure network and system security, including Symantec antivirus administration.
    • Monitor networks for security and availability, evaluating and enhancing system performance.
    • Identify user needs and manage user account administration in Active Directory.
    • Maintain network integrity, server deployment, and security protocols.
    • Install and configure new IT equipment, design and deploy networks, assign network addresses and routing protocols, and configure directory services authentication.
    • Maintain network facilities on individual machines and servers, administering a variety of hardware and software.
    • Experience in alert monitoring tools like Nagios, Spice Works, etc.
    • Manage Avaya gateway configurations and VMs through Vcentre.
