    Position: Business Development Manager
    Salary Package (CTC/year): (INR 3.5L - 5.5L)
    Location: Bengaluru - Karnataka
    Preffered: 2+ Years experience in Freight Forwarding or Project Freight Forwarding, Fresher's from MBA, BMS, BBA Department
    Skills: Strong Communication Skills & Latest AI applications Skills



    Requirements

    -MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

    - 2+ Years Experience in Freight Forwarding or Project Freight Forwarding

    -Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal
    teams.

    -Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.

    -Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client
    challenges effectively

    Requirements
    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. · Proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience in logistics and sales, preferably in a key account management role. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. · Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including familiarity with supply chain management systems. · Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
