    Job Title: BusinessAnalystJobDescription:PositionOverview:We are seeking anexperienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of expertisein data analysis SAP SQL and testing. The ideal candidate will playa crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirementsconducting data analysis and collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to enhance business processes.     1. RequirementsGathering:
    • Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and document detailed businessrequirements.
    • Conduct interviews workshops andanalysis to understand business processes and userneeds.
    1. DataAnalysis:
    • Performindepth data analysis to derive actionable insights and supportdecisionmaking.
    • Utilize SQL and other tools toquery databases and extract relevantinformation.
    1. SAPExpertise:
    • Leverageexpertise in SAP to analyze and document business processes relatedto SAP modules.
    • Collaborate with SAP users tounderstand system functionalities and address relatedissues.
    1. Testing:
    • Developand execute test plans ensuring the quality and accuracy ofimplemented solutions.
    • Collaborate with thetesting team to conduct system testing and user acceptancetesting.
    1. Documentation:
    • Createdetailed documentation including business requirements functionalspecifications and process flows.
    • Maintainaccurate and uptodate documentation throughout the projectlifecycle.
    1. CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including IT finance andoperations to ensure alignment of business processes withorganizational goals.
    • Act as a liaison betweenbusiness stakeholders and technicalteams.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimumof 5 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst.
    • Strong background in data analysiswith proficiency in SQL.
    • Handson experiencewith SAP including understanding of SAP modules and relatedbusiness processes.
    • Knowledge of testingmethodologies and experience in creating and executing testplans.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Detailoriented withstrong problemsolvingabilities.
    Education:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Information Systems or a relatedfield.
