    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as a Regional head, overseeing Soft Services for our IFM business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients across Maharashtra, Goa & part of Gujarat.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

    Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of Soft Services professionals.

    Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

    Operational Excellence:

    Oversee the implementation and execution of IFM-Soft Services.

    Monitor and optimize service quality and efficiency.

    Audit and Compliance:

    Coordinate and manage all types of audits related to Soft Services.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

    Financial Management:

    Contribute to the development of budgets for Soft Services.

    Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a managerial role within the Facility Management industry.
    • Must have experience in managing multi-sites - branches, retail outlet, or similar de-centralised branches.
    • Strong understanding of IFM-Soft Services, including but not limited to cleaning, housekeeping services and Security services management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record in client management and satisfaction.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
