    Description

    Job Requirements:

    • Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
    • Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
    • Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product.
    • Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manage program effectiveness against target metrics.
    • Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
    • Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
    • Open / Ready to learn a new tool as needed and take part in implementing Proof of Concept (PoC).

    Skills Required:

    • Safe - Scaled Agile Frameworks
    • Responsible for Product Roadmaps, User Stories, Use cases, Deliverables, and technical translation from Business.
    • Logistics domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Sales technology, and a large amount of data exposure are helpful.
    • Sequencing and Solutions
    • Any Agile / Quality / Project management certifications are an added advantage.
    • Growing to be a Lead.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
    • Three (3) years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
    • A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
