    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Foster collaboration with HR counterparts, enhancing alignment and synergy across the renewable energy organization.
    • Develop and implement robust recruitment and onboarding procedures to support the growth and success of the renewable energy company.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on talent acquisition, management, development, and retention strategies specific to the renewable energy sector.
    • Lead office facilities projects, such as office space expansion, to accommodate the evolving needs of the renewable energy organization.
    • Partner with business leaders and employees within the renewable energy company to ensure compliance with global and local HR policies.
    • Contribute to global HR projects and facilitate the implementation of HR policies and practices tailored to the renewable energy industry.

    Required Skills/Job Requirements:

    • With a minimum of 10 years in broad HR generalist and HRBP roles, demonstrate extensive experience within the renewable energy / Energy sector.
    • Possessing a master's degree in business administration with HR expertise tailored to the renewable/conventional Energy industry is preferred.
    • Showcase a robust understanding of HR operations and labor compliances relevant to the renewable energy industry.
    • Exhibit a results-oriented approach, focusing on proactive solutions that drive growth and success in the renewable energy sector.
    • Excel as an effective team player, capable of fostering a high-performance and motivated team aligned with the objectives of the renewable energy organization.
    • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's mission, vision, and values in the renewable energy sector.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies tailored to the unique needs of the renewable energy industry.
    • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior leadership on HR matters, contributing to the overall success and growth of the renewable energy organization.
