    JobRoles:

    • The candidate should be extremelystrong in Payroll Management with experience in Manual (Excel)based payroll process while experience in an automated payrollsystem would be an added advantage.
    • The incumbentshould be very strong in payroll and personnel related datamanagement maintenance of the Central MIS for all staffcategories.
    • Be a one stopshop and an expert atanswering payroll related queries by both the Management andstaff.
    • Have a deep enough understanding of payroll andcompliance processes so that the individual can be involved inrelated projects.
    • Experience handling Expat related payactivities including taxation would be preferred (but notmandatory). Such experience would also involve maintaining relatedexpense ledgers as well as any related reporting.
    • Ability to handle other HR Activities within HR Operations asneeded particularly overseeing certain parts of the HR Operationsprocess outside of the payroll function.
    • Keep uptodatewith the changing regulatory frameworks as well as an objective toimplement best practices in HROperations.

    SkillsRequired:
    Excellent verbal & writtencommunication combined with strong people skills. This would be avery core soft skill required for this role.
    Problemsolving skills and resourceful thinking.

    Desire towork as a part of a team with enough strength in Payroll so as tomeaningfully contribute to the strategic parts of HR aswell.

    Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to grasp and interpret policies statutes etc. so that acommand is acquired in the area thus strengthening the overallpayroll function for theCompany.
