    About the role

    This role will be responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

    Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales, order booking & collection target for the region for Enterprise Fire Alarm Products.
  • To Identify the functional requirements of the client and suggesting the appropriate technology.
  • Relationship Management: Build, develop and maintain relationship with customers, electrical and project management consultants, Business Partners to generate Leads.
  • Prepare the Technical Solution/Business Proposal and determine bid price on the basis of project cost estimation and competition.
  • Efficiently and creatively produce business plans, strategies, proposals and RFP responses.
  • Sales forecasting & securing orders through continuous follow-ups.
  • To Maintain the project funnel at 4X of AOP.
  • To Maintain and Provide MIS to Regional Office and HO.
  • Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for Sales for the region of U.P., Uttarakhand, Punjab, Rajasthan, J&K and H.P.
  • Working towards Brand promotion, Key Account Management, Adding New Accounts.
  • Business Expansion to T2 & T3 Market
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Channel Sales experience in the fire alarm market.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Fire Alarm Products.
  • Deep understanding of Fire alarm system and assigned market.
  • Requires high level of travel to within region.
  • Can translate multiple customer / regional requirements through the various internal processes and functions
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to understand contractual, legal language
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal communication as well as ability to listen to customers. Includes ability to effectively communicate with multiple functional teams.
