    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in business development, specifically within digital agencies, who is passionate about fostering client relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for client acquisition, and contributing to our agency's expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop tailored pitches and proposals to convert prospects into clients.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance Futuready's market presence and competitive edge.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and creative teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
    • Performance Reporting: Track and report on the progress of business development activities, analyzing the results to refine strategies as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, specifically within a digital marketing agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
