- Essential Demonstrated strength in all Foundation Competencies, with emphasis on:
- Comprehensive understanding of retail business, different sales channels, sales operations and SOPs
- Excellent excel skills and experience in data analysis, number crunching, data mining, building MIS templates, collating and building reports
- Excellent powerpoint and presentation skills, business modelling and data analytics to interpret data and provide insights to enhance overall business performance
- Draft SOPs and build systems and processes across departments and functions for a smooth and compliant business
- Good communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Execute against plans and forecasts
- Statistical and quantitative analysis, critical thinking and proficiency in business intelligence tools
- Assist the Commercial Director in analysing and presenting data and share business insights to take necessary action and improve business performance
- He/She should be preferably an MBA (or an equivalent)
- He/She should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail/consumer goods in a similar role
- He/She should be well acquainted with the latest market trends in the industry
- He/She should possess excellent presentation and communication skills with solution identification attitude.
- He/She should be excellent in excel and business intelligence tools
- He/She should possess excellent leadership qualities and team management skills
- He/She should be skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- He/She should have strong drive for results and high energy levels
