    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :


    • Support of Pennant application ensuring flawless operation.
    • Should have good command on LMS Domain, PLSQL/JAVA
    • Discussion with business on Change request.
    • Ensuring timely closure of issues (within SLA) and Change request delivery.
    • Ability to analyses issues reported and drive to closure.
    • Debugging database code in the form of stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, etc.
    • Review of DB patch provided vendor before production deployment
    • Do a round of sanity on change/resolution provide and confirm if the same is inline before releasing to business to UAT.
    • Work with front end developers to define simple yet powerful APIs.
    • Ability to efficiently write database code without compromising data quality, privacy or security.
    Skillsets Required:


    • Technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA
    • Good knowledge of Web Based application/middleware.
    • Databases like Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, Postgres (preferred)
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Ability to lead the team.
    • Logical, able to think outside the box
    • Good interpersonal and customerfacing skills
    • Handson knowledge on any of the LMS platform
    • FinnOne / Pennant
    • Flexible, cooperative and resilient
    • Able to work effectively under pressure and frequently changing priorities.
    • Vendor coordination & management,
    • Adherence to audit, process & compliance.
