    Description
    Serve as theprimary point of contact for assigned school clients building andmaintaining strong relationships.
    Understand customer requirements objectives and challenges toproactively address theirneeds.
    Onboard new customers efficiently ensuring a smooth transition ontoour ERP platform.
    Conduct regular checkins with customers to review usage addressconcerns and offer guidance on best practices.
    Advocate for customers internally collaborating with sales productand support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
    Drive customer adoption and engagement of our ERP system promotingutilization of key features and functionalities.
    Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based oncustomer usage and needs.
    Monitor customer health metrics and intervene promptly to preventchurn.
    Provide training sessions webinars and resources to educatecustomers on product updates and features.
    Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teamsfor product improvement.
    Executing daytoday operational work for all the products andservices of the company including vendor management. Reportingdirectly to the Director.
    Open totravel as per business requirement. Conferences Seminars Clientvisitetc.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer ScienceEducation or related field (preferred).
    Proven experience in a customerfacing role such as Customer SuccessManager Account Manager or similar.
    Experience working in the education technology (EdTech) sector is aplus.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andcommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach toaddressing customer needs.
    Ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently while prioritizingeffectively.
    Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools isdesirable.
    Excellent Follow Up Skills. Should have working knowledge of MSOFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
    Passion for education and improving the learning experience throughtechnology.
