    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Amosta Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the assigned region. Your role will involve building and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing relationships with key clients, and implementing effective sales strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Executive with more than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
    • In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and market trends
    • Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Experience in negotiating and closing deals
    • Proficiency in field sales and conducting market visits
    • Understanding of the banking and financial services industry is a plus
    • Full-time availability and willingness to travel within the assigned region

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
    • Identify and establish relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our solutions
    • Lead generation and prospecting to expand the customer base
    • Conduct market visits to gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends
    • Independently identify new business opportunities and drive product sales
    • Negotiate deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and closure
    • Engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
