- Executive with more than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and market trends

- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Proficiency in field sales and conducting market visits
- Understanding of the banking and financial services industry is a plus
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region
