- Calling every day 50 to 100 industrial customers for import-export service.
- Fixing Appointment for a Field salesperson with a customer visit.
- Coordinating with internal team members for the status of shipment.
- Maintaining customer call report & progress report.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Real Estate, Shipping and Transport & Logistics industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of calling and coordination
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
