Job Description:
Drive Sales Enhancement through New Business, Up & Cross sale, Retail & corporate sales
Efficiently manage all associates and optimize Human Resources
Oversee and manage end-to-end operations in the hub/gateway
Supervision of financial and accounting processes effectively
Lead and manage 3PL Operations
Handle statutory compliance and hub admin activities
Take charge of expansion or creation of new locations/departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA/PGDBM (Marketing/Operations/International Business/Logistics/Supply Chain Mgmt.) from a reputed Institution.
Work Experience: 6-15 years in a similar profile, preferably as an Area Manager in the same industry.
Additional Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have their own conveyance
Willingness to travel extensively across different parts of India
Openness to relocate
