    Responsibilities:

    Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent from diverse channels.
    Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for open positions.
    Shortlist and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
    Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
    Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in volume hiring within the BPO industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding hiring targets and building high-performing teams.
    • Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its recruitment challenges.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
